This can happen for a few reasons:
- Learner has not completed all 7 lessons and/or has not completed or passed all 7 lesson quizzes, respectively.
- Learner has not entered the advising activity which triggers submission of their name for Grading
- Technical Error: From time-to-time things like browser settings can prevent the name from getting submitted when the user enters the activity or the name may only be available for grading from our administrators.
If you don’t see a learner’s name available for grading and you believe all 7 lessons and their respective quizzes have been completed and passed, please email support@frameworkhomeownership.org with the learner’s email and first and last name and our team will be glad to assist.
