Once a learner completes all 7 lessons and scores 80% or higher on each lesson quiz, they will be able to access their advising activity.
When a learner enters the activity, they will see your agency’s contact information and instructions for scheduling their advising session.
Upon entry into the activity, the learner’s name is automatically submitted into the system, prompting the advising activity to appear within the grading section of your manager account (courses > grading) so that you can mark the advising session as complete once it has taken place; this will result in the release of the certificate of completion.
The learner will then be able to access their certificate of completion from the "Certifications" tab of the Dashboard.
📝 Please Note: Some partners may opt for a slightly different learning path structure, whereby the advising activity (or a check-in activity) is placed earlier in the course as opposed to after lesson 7. In those cases, the learner must complete all lessons before the advising activity and score 80% or higher on each of those lesson quizzes to gain access to the advising or check-in activity. Once the activity is accessed and ultimately approved by a panorama manager, the user can continue with the remaining course work. The user will need to complete all remaining lessons and score 80% or higher on each lesson quiz to receive their certificate of completion.
