The following instructions will guide you through how to run a report that outlines the scores users earned on their quiz attempts. Please note that this report will include all scores, so if a user has made more than one attempt on a lesson quiz, those scores will also be captured within this report.
-
Log in and click on Reporting > Create
2. Locate the assessments prompt.
Go to the Start Building tab at the top of the page, scroll down and locate the Learner Content and Progress dataset section. Then, select the “How are learners performing in assessments?” prompt. This will open the page where you can begin building your report.
3. To start, look at the current filters.
- You can do this by clicking the ▼ icon next to “Filters” on the right side of the page.
- Ensure there is a filter for Topics (pages) Title and then set it to be equal to the following:
|
|
|
- You can also choose to filter for specific users or quiz attempt dates/ranges. You can filter however you’d like and once you save, you can always go back and edit your filters.
4. Add fields
- If you want to add more fields to your report, you can go back to the fields box on the left and use the search function or look through the available fields.
- Once you find something you want to include, click on the field so the background becomes gray.
- This will open a “working” table (beneath the visualization table) where you can then move the field columns wherever you’d.
- When everything looks as you’d like it to, you can run the report by clicking “run” in the top right corner.
5. Save your report
- Click on the gear icon at the very top (at the far right of the page) > Save as a Look
- Name your report and choose where you want to save it.
- Personal: Only you will have access to this report (default if no selection)
- Group: Any other users with a LMS manager account in your organization can access the report
- Going forward, you can find this report by going to Reporting > Create > Looks.
