Framework has a no refund policy, but we always review requests on a case-by-case basis.
Users can contact Customer Support at support@frameworkhomeownership.org to request a refund.
For Awareness:
- Prior to submission of payment, we inform all users that all sales are final and users must agree to Framework’s Terms of Use.
- These terms are hyperlinked to the language that mentions the terms and all sales final.
