Learners can attempt each lesson quiz up to ten times. If they do not score 80% or higher on each quiz after using all ten attempts in each of the seven lessons, they will need to contact our Customer Support team directly to schedule an Educational Review.
- Educational Reviews are conducted over the phone and last 30 min.
- Reviews can be provided in the learner’s native or preferred language
- Educational Reviews are not meant to replace the 1:1 advising with your agency
- Once the learner has completed their educational review a member of our Customer Support team will mark the review as complete.
- Framework covers the cost of Educational Reviews, so there is no additional cost to the learner or partners.
