To locate a learner in the platform, go to the main menu on the left and navigate to users then to learners. From here you can search for any user by their email address or first name and/or last name.
If you cannot locate a learner:
- Validate the spelling of their email address and name they used to create their account. From time to time a learner will have a typo in one of these elements or use an alternate email. We find that using email is the most reliable way to search for learners.
- Ensure you are searching for the email address or name in its entirety. For example, if I am looking up the user with the name Sarah Testing with email address testemail@email.com I cannot simply search test or sar, etc. Instead, I should search “Sarah” or “Testing” or the full email address.
- Ensure the learner signed up under your Panorama. See Sending Users to Your Course(s) for more details.
If you still cannot locate the user, please contact us at support@frameworkhomeownership.org with as much information as possible.
