The best way to get users to the right place and the right content is to direct them to your Framework landing page. This will look something like learn.frameworkhomeownership.org/YOURORGSLUGHERE
Some partners prefer to send users directly to a specific course, which you are more than welcome to do but it is critical that the URL be sent in full to the user, including the UTM source element so that they can be assigned to your panorama.
Direct Course URLs should look something like this:
https://learn.frameworkhomeownership.org/learn/learning-path/framework-homebuyer-education-course-advising?utm_source=YOURORGSLUGHERE.
While the course type and title may vary, that last part starting with “?” should always be included.
Without the UTM source as part of the URL, the system has no way to associate the learner with your panorama and will instead assign the user to the main Framework instance. If you see a learner did not get assigned to your account, you can let us know and we can always transfer learners into your Panorama with their permission.
